Richard W. Ogle

Vice President

Rich Ogle joined the Graham Company in 1996 and over the past 22 years has served in various capacities, from account analyst to his current role as Vice President. Prior to joining the Graham Company, Rich worked as a business analyst for Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in the company’s Financial Services Division.
 
Rich has responsibilities as an account manager and producer for several clients. He has extensive experience advising clients with complex insurance needs in manufacturing, construction, real estate, healthcare, education, financial services, government entities, energy, food and beverage, distribution, retail and service industries. He specializes in helping businesses reduce costs, prevent losses, manage claims and build complex insurance programs to protect them from the risks that may leave their businesses exposed.
 
Rich is also responsible for developing and implementing owner of contractor controlled insurance programs that provide wide-ranging insurance solutions with safety, claims management and risk management strategies that effectively protect all parties associated with a construction project. He is also a member of the Leadership Development Group that is responsible for the development of leadership curriculum and program roll outs to the agency. He also plays a significant role in supporting CEO William “Bill” Graham in new business development and working with existing and prospective clients of the Graham Company.
 
Rich graduated from Gettysburg College with a bachelor’s degree in business management.
